Introducing the JP-Carve - a guitar ten years in the making that is finally ready for you to experience. The design was originally created for the Montreal Guitar Festival in 2009 and quickly sold to one of my favorite guitarists, Joshua Payne. He described it as an acoustic Les Paul, with the ability to react to your playing in astounding ways. Whether you're driving the guitar hard for defined volume or playing delicately for nuanced tonal layers, the JP-Carve delivers.

One of the key benefits of this design is its ergonomic fit for a full-bodied guitar, made possible by extending the bass vibrational soundboard area. And with a hand-selected high-grade mahogany and one-piece old growth Sitka spruce construction, the JP-Carve is a guitar that not only looks beautiful but sounds amazing too. Plus, with options for figured maples and other seasonal woods, you can truly make this guitar your own.

Available in both 15 and 16-inch lower bout sizes, and with short and long scale options, the JP-Carve is versatile enough to meet any guitarist's needs. The guitar also features an ebony fretboard and appointments, hide glue dovetail neck, grained ivroid binding, slim C carve neck, and a 12” radius. Check out our pricing page for more specs and get ready to experience the JP-Carve - a guitar that's sure to inspire your playing.
